My first drive with a ProCharger Supercharger

The journey is well under way and I have been trying to share my experiences as they happen. I picked up my Procharged 2016 Camaro 2SS from Cunningham Motorsports the other day and jumped in and drove it for the first time on camera.

Full Build Details: http://bit.ly/2nExacz

Results:
615rwhp/503rwtq @ 8psi on 91 pump gas. Baseline 388rwhp/391rwtq. Keep in mind that a 2017 ZL1 baselines 515rwhp/510rwtq on the CMS dyno. Yes its a heartbreaker dyno.

Questions:
Can you give us the total cost?

Do you expect the 8A transmission hold up to that kind of power?

How much did this affect your gas mileage and how long do you expect the engine to hold up?

- I have a full cost breakdown in my build thread linked in my sig

- The A8 tranny has amazing torque management, I have seen people pushing 800+ through her without issue. But the simple view: Exhaust 3k, Cam 5k, ProCharger just shy of 9k for a retail kit installed and tuned.

- It's too early to tell currently. But I will be watching the mpg. As for the motor holding up, it should have a good life. It's another reason why I went ProCharger over a twin Screw/roots style setup. Proper care is what will make it last.

Nice. Have fun be careful

I don't see how your baseline of 388 rwhp was heartbreaker. Sounds totally normal.

Every shop I have been to has a heartbreaker dyno lol. Makes all the customers feel warm and fuzzy

Great review man. Best I've seen. Procharger should pay you.

Man! This makes me that much more excited for mine to get here! How long did it take for your pro charger to come in from order date to it being at your door? This kind of makes me wish I got the race valve too haha.

My base line was with CAI, Exhaust, Ported TB and ported Intake Manifold.

Dealership never sees my car, but if they did the power-train warranty would be toast. Even if something broke I wouldn't be going to the dealer to fix it.

I didn't buy my setup new, I got mine with 218 miles on it. So I only waited for an opening at CMS to perform the work. I delayed the overall install as I wanted to do videos and craft content around the cam first.
