Sooooooo I spent two years in Florida (yuk) in 16 & 17 near Daytona Beach mostly sweating. I was sitting at a monthly car meetup at a beach town called New Smyrna when this thing rolled in. WTF! I couldn't believe my eyes. I was born in 56 and the Monkees show debuted in 66. I never missed it, or Batman. Only 2 seasons and 58 episodes but what an impact. This car was the almost perfect replica made for the 2011 tour, right down to the faux blower and scoop. It was amazing and still cool after all these years.

I just traded my wifes Z71 Colorado for the new Jeep Gladiator. She absolutely loves it and enjoys it better than my 2004 wrangler that i got rid of for my camaro.

So you bought the car on the spot? Was there an auction? How did you luck into it?

Nice Batmobile but the logo on the door should be outlined in white and the logo should be on the center caps. Simple things but obvious to Batfans.

Agree, but while the car was a nice replica, I was a little disappointed when Batman pulled into the show, climbed out of the car and was wearing Bib overalls and a white t-shirt. Kinda lost me there. I would have at least found me a Batman suit to wear for the show. However, for me it would have had to be a Fatman suit.
