What is an acceptable fuel rail pressure at wot for a zl1.I'm getting 2600 on e40 with headers,ported SP,103 TB and aux low side. low side stays steady in the 80's

Its usually closer to 2900, but take a look at your commanded rail pressure. Make sure the actual pressure is the same as commanded.

commanded is 2900. I don't have a cam
