Launch control is entertaining as well, combine that with the NLS and entertain the significant other at stop lights.
So the hood is painted under the hood vinyl wrap?
Was there a lot of adhesive on the hood?
Did you have to use a heat gun, or did you just use the sun and pulled it off?

Spent about 10hrs today detailing the car, but that hood just defeats all my efforts!

ZL1addons license bracket where the toe hook goes. Easy peasy. Thr wrapped hood serves a practical purpose of eliminating glare and as such i like it. Besides making the car stand out. With just a bit of care it is super easy to keep clean.

The hood is painted the body color. As said it was a "hot" sunny day and that matt black was scorching hot and that's what pushed me over the edge, much hotter than the rest of the car. A heat gun or even a hair dryer would do if necessary, it peels right off. The only residue was a couple of specks around the edge of the hood where it was folded over, a fingernail and alcohol took care of that. Total time to remove and replace liner and snorkels maybe 20 minutes. If you ever change your mind any car wrap place can replace it, as said satin black would look better and probibly be easyer to maintain.

Love the HUD, and the Recaro seats grip nicely!

Next, that black vinyl wrap on the hood is not to my liking!
How do you guys clean that?
What happens if wax/polish gets on it?
Can it be removed...easily?

How many of you have a front license plate, and where do you mount it?
Looks like it has to go on the side of the front grill, since the center has such a sharp curve.

Can you run the PDR camera without the SD Card?
Would be nice to see the bump stop when parking the car to protect the front valance, which already has a crack from the previous owner.

Now I have so much more to read, and the worse part is trying to remember what does what...I need more RAM!!

Time to break out the highlighters and dog ear and highlight the owners manual.

It's going to be fun driving to work everyday now!
I use Rev Match all the time. Love it.

Front hood, I use Chemical Guys Matte Detailer

PDR can't be used without SD card.

Good luck with the car.

Thanks!
Good to know it's painted beneath the wrap!
That makes the removal even easier.

I took the liner off yesterday to wash it, and that thing is pretty brittle.
It kept cracking in different areas as I was holding it...I'll eventually need to replace it.
Surprising your hood was hotter than the rest of the car, I'd think the wrap
would help with the heat...it's coming off this evening, I already removed all the emblems...SS and Camaro, so this is the next step.
