For example
2nd gear, up to 5k, let off throttle, clutch in, shift to 3rd, hold clutch in, rpms drop to about 3K and hold for a count or two. let clutch out and enjoy smooth engagement. back on throttle and check rear view mirror for mustang in the dust. :-P

That's what I was talking about, rev match when you shift up or down.
