I coated the car a year prior with the Adams original kit. This isn’t a DD so I didn’t need any prep just sprayed on and wiped off

Mine only stayed inside if below 32° or there was snow/salt puddles on the road, otherwise I took it out on the weekends.
Next year I will hopefully have all seasons so just the snow/salt will keep me homebound.

Bought my car in August, so only had a few months to drive it. Been in hibernation since November and am ready to drive already...

Hoping it'll get warm enough at the end of this month, but I'm not hopeful. Also, even if it's warm enough to drive in 3-4 weeks, I'm not going to if salt is still left on the road, I'd wait it out until it washes away as much as that would suck. :(

I am definitely itching to drive mine again! Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Am definitely waiting until the salt has been washed off the roads. The stuff they use these days is so incredibly corrosive that I don't want to expose my SS to it.

I bought mine in the middle of November in 2018. I put 250 miles on it driving it home and another 50 on it the next day. It’s been hibernating ever since. I have an AWE catback to install on it so I desperately need spring!

Mine has been put away since the end of October and it doesn't look like it will be back out until possibly May. Believe me, AWD performance car has been in my google search a few times this year. tired of this shitty weather. More snow in the forecast here.

I'm guessing you used the Adam's Polishes coating?

I'm planning on doing the whole polish and coat with CQuartz next month when the weather clears

Was 45 here in Ohio yesterday and rain the day before to wash away the salt. Changed the oil and got her out for the first time since November.

For a bit of clarification, the current temp here is 18°. Yes, that is in Fahrenheit and 15° warmer than when I left my house for work this morning. I told the wife it is time to move to Vegas.

I bought mine in early December... At least it puts a smile on my face when I walk through the garage.

I've got mine under the covers, I may have lifted it a couple of times to take a peak.

It's a shame when it's going to be 65 degrees on Thursday that it's going to be raining.

I might have to take it out, but I shouldn't.

You guys are so lucky, it's still between 15-35F here for the next two weeks at least. If I get mine out before April I'd be very pleasantly surprised.
