Becky, if I’m not mistaken you are only moving the 15% off msrp too on your SS

Anyone know of a dealership anywhere near NW Ohio, IN, or MI that may have deals similar to Koons or Lindsay (which are near the East coast)?

It's not NW Ohio but near Dayton there are some deals to be had.

I just meet with a sales rep at my local Chevy dealer about a 18' 2SS and told me that the final price for it was about 40500k with price reductions and stuff. He kept refering that I was saving 8K from the 48K MSRP.

I dont think these dealerships are getting the same memos like OP

As of last week Rydell Chevy in Northridge, CA had 2 1LE's for $59K. They aren't on the website for some reason, but I drove one of them. Unless they sold both of them I bet they are still there for anyone interested. Probably need to send a question via the website to get info on them...or call.

How can that be called NEW?

The buyers advantage of buying a relatively high mileage car 'new' is that the calendar starts for the warranty period at the date of sale, and the buyer can honestly claim he is the original owner when he goes to sell.

The fact that it has that many miles (and maybe some wear) should be reflected in the discounted price, so if the condition is good and price is low enough, it may be a good deal for the right buyer. I personally wouldn't touch it unless it was heavily discounted.

But thanks for attempting an explanation. And thanks for explaining every state isn't the same, who knew?
Can you maybe have a little self-respect and for others? I’m not sure what your trying to accomplish?

I was merely trying to explain the price that was paid for comparison.. to help others. I don’t believe if I said I paid $52,324.56 OTD it would be fair given the fact everyone’s tax, title, and license is completely different. In MO dealers use the term “OTD” and it doesn’t include any tax, title, or license which is settled “out” of the dealership at a license bureau. Dealers use it here which would include the price of the car plus any admin fees after rebates have been applied. Admin fees and rebates can be state specific, but fairly uniform. Hope this helps explain.

Again, each state is different. I apologize for the face palm. I didn’t appreciate your comment when I’m trying to help others and you weren’t aware of how my state worked. Maybe I should have clarified first hand. Sorry for that.

Yeah, I guess that is exactly 15% off. But the big question is, can you get other discounts too at some dealerships that advertise the conquest rebate? Also I see where some say 0% for 72 months, but I doubt they will give that and the 15% off. If so, it'd be time for a quick road trip.
