Good Dealer Service Dept around Baltimore?

Got a recall notice, so need to bring it in. The last time I had a recall the guy took my car to Royal Farms on his 'test drive' (did he NOT see the dash cam???) and there were grease marks everywhere when I got the car back. Any recommendations for a good service department?

I am curious myself. I would recommend not going to Win Kelley.

Agree to avoid Win Kelley.

I have had good luck with Len Stoler Chevrolet in Westminster and Jeff Barnes Chevrolet in Eldersburg.

I just visited Jeff Barnes for an oil change. A little slow, but no nightmares on the service/care of my car, so i'm happy.

Is Criswell in Gaithersburg too far for you?

Thanks. Jeff Barnes is a reasonable distance for me - Criswell's a bit far.

I wouldn't buy a car from Autonation because they don't give the best prices...but the service Dept at Autonation Chevy GMC Buick in Laurel Md. has been quite good and honest.

I use Auto Nation in Laurel or Ourisman in Bowie, neither Service Department has even done me wrong.

Go to Sport Chevrolet in Laurel MD (right off RT-29) for warranty work. They are VERY understanding and fair.

Thanks all. I'm in Owings Mills, but Laurel is doable. If they're good it would be worth the drive.

Agree on this one. Purchased mine from them as well. Almost 2.5 hr trek for me but when needed, worth it.
