Shite happens when drag racing on a well prepped track. Look at the Gen 4 Camaro’s. those rear ends were like match sticks.

There are tons of independent rear cars making in excess of 4 digits at the wheel. It’s more than doable. But working on a well prepped surface is definitely tough on them.

exactly. That is incredibly hard on any drivetrain.

1100 over 840 isnt a that huge of a jump. I wonder how big the pile of broken rear ends would be if they had offered the demon with a manual trans....

The demon has a aluminum rear end? Do all the LX platforms have aluminum rear ends? I'm surprised when the alpha has a iron one?
