Borla 60607 or 60606 fit the convertible?

Will this kit fit the convertible?

I have a 2016 SS Convertible with Kooks headers and catted mids. Want to upgrade the pipes and axle back. Thinking Atak with NPP

But want to make sure this pipe kit will fit the convertible.

Or do we use the 60606? Not sure I understand what the difference is

60606 and 60607 are basically the same thing except 60606 replaces the secondary cats. 60607 keeps both primary and secondary. Neither fits convertibles according to Borla's site. Both do not work with AFM.

60606 was discontinued. We still have a few in stock.

Corsa lists their X-pipe as fitting the convertible. If you want a deal, call us @ 610-628-1563

SO, the answer is, yes and no. I posted about this a while back. Where our factory bracing forms an X, there is a huge dent in the OEM exhaust. (Both coupes and verts). Even though coupes don't have this bracing, they still got the dented exhaust pipes.

In the exhaust systems that fit the vert perfectly, there is an exaggerated angle in order to clear the X bracing. In the 60606 or 60607, the exhaust angle is less, so it actually touched the bracing. This causes annoying vibrations in the car at rest. So the answer is yes they fit, but they do not fit perfectly.

Thanks for the info. I read somewhere that someone had experimented with spacing the x brace just a bit to add clearance for the exhaust.

I am collecting up parts. So far the Kooks headers, borla 60606 have arrived, and waiting for the borla npp 11925cb kit to arrive.
