How in the world can a product be out of stock on the day of its release?

Ive been a member of several different car/truck forums and I have to say, Camaro6 vendors are the absolute worst in delivery what they advertise. So disappointing.

The grip plates on these shift handles are removeable and we will be offering replacements plates in the very near future.

I was interested in this until i called your company to see if you would be willing to ship to Hawaii USPS and was told "we don't have the access to USPS". I'm shocked to hear there is no U.S. Post office where you are located. I feel its just you arent willing to ship any other way. Not very good customer service in my opinion. I will just wait for Barton's in a month or 2.
