Muffles Input

Hello,

I've been running with Flowmaster 40 series muffles for some time now and been getting a raspy sound especially when starting the car.

I'm looking for a more deep, full sound and am looking for some feedback replacing the 40 series. I'm running with a super charger so the less back pressure the better (without the open raspy sound).

Have LT headers, high flow cats, true X pipe, and J Pipes with the stock pipes.

I am in the same boat as you. I am going to try the Magnaflow resonators to quiet mine down hope it works. I found more info on the Cadillac CTS-V forum. here is a link to a video from that page you can find other links and info

I'd invest in a SW retro catback or SOLO MachXL catback. Both are super deep

I agree both of those are wonderful options. I had my Mach XL installed Saturday. Sounds amazing.

I'm running flowmaster super 10's. It's basicly a muffler for the tracks that need to comply with local regulations. Single chamber, straight through pipe. Amazing deep growl. No raspy tone what so ever.
