A spark from my exhaust tips

I have a LGX 1lt RS A8 NON-NPP teck package mbm
I love to hear that "pop" noise after opening her up at WOT from a stop and getting that 1st shift from the A8.
For those who don't know, the non npp exhaust, even on the LGX models is really quiet until the RPMs build up to around 4K then the exhaust screams and it sounds terribly good for a v6.

Anyways I demonstrated this last night in front of a group of friends as they stood and watched me show this off, they all said in excitement when I pulled back up that they'd seen a spark/light flame shoot from the exhaust....???

Btw I dropped my car off at the dealer this morning for the infamous door/ dash rattles caused by the upgraded Bose speakers, a loud ticking/tapping noise it's had since the first day I got her that I used to shrug off as direct injection noise (dealer service guy said "yep I hear it DI isn't that loud" we also started up another car the same as mine and it did not have the noise. And also my fuel hand will not show Full Even when the the car is full and after crushing for a mile or two after filling it'll drop significantly.

I have the same specs.

Luckily, i dont have those same issues. Just the normal paint ones.

Hopefully you bagged a competent dealer for service ....seem to be rare judging from the android auto update thread.

This is normal part of the programming of an A8. On the Corvettes they call it "barking"… It has to do with programming to be easy on the shift at WOT.

How many miles on ur car? My fuel gauge wouldn't show full either. Then around 150 it dropped to E and stayed there no matter how much gas was in the tank. They had to replace the fuel level sensor and upon removal noted that it was bent so I guess it got bent somewhere during installation at the factory. Maybe yours is just a little bent but not enough to set a code. I dunno

1,6xx miles. It would show Full up until a couple days ago. I believe mine has been working fine up until a couple days ago but now that it's been inaccurate no way of knowing

I want your plate bracket.

Why? Because reasons. Hooman is a term used in Meme's when animals are talking to people, they reference them as "Hoomans".

No, you don't want a HOOMAN license plate bracket, unless you want everyone to know you're best buds with Rayan Nissani, VP and youngest of the Persian Hooman Empire of dealerships I would assume......for god's sake people, get a spokesperson! And hey, if all you speak is Tagalog, you're in luck!
