Just sell the stock TB on here to offset some money. Throttle bodies arnt exactly a big power adder but I know from my 5th gen and wife's car, a ported TB makes the throttle input way more responsive. My 5th gen the ported TB made Rev matching so much easier and on her car it took the dead spot out of the pedal.

Do you have a ported TB now? Is this why justifying the 95 is difficult?

yall made me just buy a LT5 TB,LOL, problem solved, nah I have a stock TB cuz any other size TB would require a tune

Might as well do it right once and not have to worry about it again. That's how i see it. You're getting a tune done so do everything you can/want and get the most out of that tune.
