Awww man this is looking good! Which cam are you going with? Are you sticking with the Torquer LT1 cam they have designed for their package or are your getting their race cam? I’m patiently waiting to get mines done after placing a deposit down

Great question, actually ended up going with a custom grind, revised version of the Torquer LT1 Cam. Still wanted to keep the VVT to keep the low end torque for AX applications. So really looking forward to how the combination comes together!

Latest set of pics from Katech prior to Engine and trans going back in the car. Engine still awaiting the Katech valve covers and BMR Tubular mounts.

Transmission has Hurst Billet short throw shifter along with Katech Aluminum Flywheel and LT5 Clutch/Pressure Plate.

Been a very busy week for the OUSCI Katech Camaro Build!

Updated pics below engine and trans on schedule to go back in the car this coming work with final dyno tune scheduled this coming Friday.

While Katech busy getting Engine & Drivetrain dialed in, Penske Rapid Repair has been working on prepping the Anderson Composites Carbon Fiber Hood, Doors & Fenders!

Additional pics, showing the Katech Aluminum Flywheel, with LT5/ZR1 Clutch & Pressure Plate, Jet Hot Coated ARH Headers, BMR Tubular Mounts, Katech 103MM TB, MDS Atomic Air Intake.

Wow, the gap between the stock and green HP curve at 6000rpm is huge. It will feel like the car has so much more at top end. Super cool!
