ZL1 OEM bumper and hood conversion on 2019 2SS
I own a 2019 2SS Camaro here in Australia and have been playing with the idea of changing the front bumper to the ZL1.
I have researched nearly every if not all aftermarket bumpers and if I can't guarantee 100% quality I don't think I'm prepared to spend the money especially since transport from America to Australia is pretty high. I have sent multiple emails to various GM websites asking what exactly I would need part for part to put an OEM bumper and hood on my SS. I have read multiple posts regarding fenders as the ZL1 is slightly wider. If I was to go ahead with this project I am looking for someone to tell me exactly what parts I would need and preferably part numbers so I can bite the bullet and order the lot, ship to Australia and give them my car rather than finding issues as we go which will just results in weeks and weeks of research, emails and parts to arrive. I'm not sure if anyone on here may be able to help or point me in the right direction. This forum is my last hope before I abandon the idea. Thanks |
