What is this panel/overlay/decal?
What is this panel/overlay/decal on the body panel in front of the rear tires? Do all 6th gen Camaros have this? It looks like a decal of some sort, but it's just as beat up as the rest of the panel around it. I just installed the ZL1 Addons rock guards, but this was beat up when I bought it.

It is factory installed paint protection vinyl. All our cars have it. Mine is beat up like that as well.

Its the factory film as he said. it does very little and is too small as you can see all the road rash about the line there and the film is probably if you peeled if off really doesn't do much to save the paint underneath.

I installed a ceramic coating today. It actually did wonders for hiding these rocks chips, I am very impressed. I'll have to take some pics.
