as long as it a statement of ones opinion and does not promote violence against or cause harm to someone or some thing however distasteful or offensive it may be to some, it is still allowed.
now losing ones job for ethics violations is a different story. but this is way off topic.

im just getting tired of every time someone gets offended by someone elses joke they think they can say im am offend and people half to immediately care. or they start trying to site facebooks law facts without knowing anything about the law and its application. then other like minded individuals believe what they read and repeat it instead of again actually researching for them selves and now you have a entire group of facebook insta twitter followers who belive absolute trash. It really is getting out of hand in the US the amount of supposed im an expert on everything but actually know jack crap crowd the the people who will believe anything they read.. Allowed? Yes. Meaning you won't be arrested for breaking any laws. That you could at least fight in court. But it is not allowed, depending on who you are or where you work if you want to keep your job or business. Look up what happened recently to Mike Milbury, NHL commentator, or the Montclair, NJ middle school principal who shared a 'racist' YouTube video. Scary stuff.

Not on a forum. Calling something gay on this site will at least cause you to receive a warning. Ask me how i know. No different than people whining about rights violations by having to wearing a mask in a store. Store is private property. They can make the rules. But I agree, too much butthurt.

I'm fine with the clock being where it is on the infotainment screen. Having it in the instrument cluster would be nice but not a biggie for me.

As to free speech - it seems that in today's world the attitude about free speech is "Others are fine with what I say as long as they agree with it or it supports their views" - but as soon as what I say opposes their views they shout "that's discrimination ".
