Dyno tune coming

Getting ready to retune my 2020 camaro lt1
stock lt1 motor
magnuson 2650 103mm throttle body
big gulp CAI
LT4 HPFP and LT4 injectors stock intank
2" headers with full corsa catless exhaust
alky dual nozzle 100% meth
Currently running 93 tune but just added Flex Fuel Sensor and want to run E40.Car is set at 9lbs of boost now.Car made 648 rwhp at 11lbs.For a stock lt1 motor i figured 11lbs was a little much,thats the way i bought the car.Any issues with running E40 with this setup?

It wasnt a problem with 93 at 11lbs with 100% meth made 648rwhp

It will be a problem on E.

One thing you need to look at is average boost. The 2650 @ 11 psi peak is barely spinning...it's probably only 11psi right at the top of the gear and 6-7psi at the bottom.

You might get by on E40 depending on target AFR.

Those are fantastic numbers for 9 lbs on a LT1 E-blend. Should run hard, stay cool and live a long happy life. I wish I could afford a 2650 for my LT1, they just keep getting more expensive and further out of reach...

What kind of WOT spark advance are you able to run with e30?

Did you find some fuel sys limits that is preventing higher eth content?

Those numbers were not on 93 alone...they were achieved with 93 and spraying 100% meth... huge difference. That is essentially turning the 93 into 108-110 octane.

It would be nice if folks would share pertinent data such as timing and afr target. Folks talk about being able to do X with Y and leave out a lot of details. I have seen some report being able to run full E @ 9spi of boost on LT4 fuel hardware then find out tuner was commanding .89 lambda...lol

Unfortunately i had a problem with the original tuner and was unable to get any info from him about the tune.No dyno sheet or numbers and wasnt able to be present during the tuning.I took it to another dyno just to get these results.If i knew that i was going to get nothing but the car back i would have never of brought it to him.I only know what the dyno sheet i have now.Im purchasing the HP Tuners so i can see all that was done.I wouldnt recommend this tuner to anyone although im not going to reveal his shop name.

This is a frustrating read because the shop should’ve been more helpful to you. Hopefully you get squared away after HPT arrives and you have more knowledge of what was done.
