Just putting my 2cents in
I have a D1X procharged, full exhaust, msd manifold, alky meth injection, and lt5 tb, and I'm at 640rwhp @9.5lbs of boost. |

Ok so we had a couple 48* days and got some more logs. We are maxed out at e40 with LT4 stuff and dsx pump, 8.5 psi. The low side stayed at 73 psi but my high side dropped to 2300 psi so tuner said that’s it. We had 5.9 ms and 17* timing with e40.
I thought for sure my low side would drop before the high side. I might put it on the dyno to see where it’s at currently, not sure yet. I am planning on putting in the LPE pump and +30’s and see how it plays out. |

Results are as I would expect and close to what I noted previously.
The DSX Aux pump has supported cars making 900+ whp on full E. You will still run out of high side with the +30/LPE combo on stock cam before your low side by a long shot.

That’s good to know about the low side with +30/LPE combo. I’m curious how much E% I will be able to run with just swapping to +30/LPE combo? I will continue to update the thread as I do more. |

Just wanted to give an update:
I’m doing a 416 forged short block with lpe, +30’s, dsx pump. The shop I’m having do the work is recommending the Btr stage 2 blower cam 38% lobe. Im wanting to make 800-850 whp on pump e85. Im still gonna utilize my P1X for now. The shop is suggesting me doing a fore in tank with return and says I’ll be good for 1k whp, problem is my p1x isn’t going to push those numbers. Im pretty confident from the research I’ve done and info from the forum that my fuel system should handle the 800 whp area with flex capabilities. I know boost will play a factor and the shop doesn’t know 100% at this time where I’ll end up boost wise. Im guessing 10-12 psi but could be wrong. Im not opposed to doing the fore pumps but with my p1x I just don’t want to waste money if I’m not gonna ever reach the limit of the fore system. Curious what all your thoughts and experiences are? Thanks JP |

Yeah what’s another 3K in the big picture of things. I know what you’re saying but trying to see the limit with lpe and +30’s and if the fore is needed 100% or not. $3k more to do fore is a big chunk of change.

Lot more than $3K to do the Fore Innovations triple IMO. My shop had a lot of time fixing some of the crap that came with the Fore kit. Self tapping screws...no thanks! We had to make a custom bracket to hold the filter, ton of time snaking piping, lot of fire proof sleeving that wasn't included, and a good amount of time getting the wiring right. Probably have $6K into my Fore system alone...lol

I’m running a JMS BAP on the stock low side and a Cordes Aux system in my C7Z. No signs of drop with around 950-1kwhp. Maggy 2650 on 17psi 11:1 compression running E40-E50. I would get a 42% lobe. That’s what the LPE pump was designed for. Will maximize your high side output. If I would of known it at the time a 42% would of been purchased over the 32%. I now watch my high side slowly drop after 5-5,500rpm. Could get a little more aggressive with timing if I had some more octane. Still takes 22 degrees without issue. Running 68psi on the low side. Going to bump pressure up to 75psi and see if that helps my high side when it warms up.

Makes more sense to do a rod/piston 377 with a D1x for your power goals. A 416 with a P1x is a bad combination imo. Fore system isn't a bad choice but you could do a aux low side and save some coin.
