I was fortunate to have been strapped. I will not disclose the speed at which the car got sideways, but I was at the top of 4th, 8100 rpm, 29.4" tires , on a D1SC (those familiar with Mustangs and MT82 will know what that can ad up to).

I’m familiar with that particular area, so what did Highway 1 (they patrol that area)
Ask u when they did there investigation? Glad u were strapped!

Any dummy can assume that the vehicle
Wasn’t doing 55mph, especially with those
Straps, nice car though, was it totaled?

Yup, a total loss. Since I was the only vehicle involved, the responding officer didnt push to hard. I was really fortunate.

Wow, glad it worked out. That's really a testament to the engineering that goes into the safety portion of a modern vehicle.

It really does. That really made me think about the next vehicle and as much as I love the Gen 5 Viper, there is almost no documentation in safety, so Camaro it was. Lol.
