Just wondering what gas others are using, 91 or 93?
Just wondering what everyone else is using for gas? I have been using mostly 93, but have filled up with 91 a few times. I haven't noticed much of a difference in performance.

Hello during break in period I see no advantage to using octane 93. Once fully broken in then I will use 93 or 94 exclusively.
Only need the higher octane for best performance. Kelly

Here in SW Missouri, we have 91 as the highest...

Yeah unfortunately in New Mexico the highest I've ever found was 91...
I'll most likely have some octane boosters on hand just in case I start noticing lackluster performance when mine comes in next week

I use premium. 91, 92, 93, whatever happens to be available. I don't drive it hard enough to notice a difference. I wont use 87 or 89 in it. I'd imagine anything over mid-grade would be fine.

I can't find anything over 91 in OKC. The only place that has 93 wants $6 or $7 a gallon. They are usually $.75 to $1 higher for 87 than most places around here, so I am using 91.

Hello!
|
93 here in Texas but goign to Oklahoma or Kansas while on vacation only 91 was available...same as when I drove to California...only 91.
I use 93 all the time unless I have to use 91! |

I think the V6 can just use the lowest. What is that, 86?

Ok, so what about Ethanol in the gas?
In Tarrant & Dallas Counites the gas must have Ethanol in it during the summer months...... I've heard that they are finding Ethanol actually hurts the cars engine in the long run..... what are we supposed to do? What's yawl's take on that?
