SLP Column Gauge Pod Alternative

Hello!

I'm really needing some help here. I have recently wanted to add a boost gauge into a couple cars, and really fell in love with the SLP column mount gauge pod for it's looks/location....

problem is, nobody can get it anymore. Some sites say the can, but after you order they come back and say it's no longer available.

Are there any alternatives for this? Really not wanting a pillar pod, and the car has the factory Torque gauge/ect in the center console, so that location is out as well......really just looking for a nice column mount one!

I've seen some single and dual side-window defrost vent ones that look like they'd work okay. Go an internet picture search for them.

Nice!

I'm really looking for one like the SLP setup though that goes on top of the column, but that looks great!

I tried them. Quality was trash. Paint cracking. Bondo instead of epoxy, etc...
I returned them and made my own with pvc pipe. It's easy. A column pod is even easier than the bezel I made.

Thank You!

I'll look into this! Looks like they do offer a column mount single and dual pod setup. Wish the single mount was offset though like the SLP....

Make sure to use a credit card not debit. Returns are easier lol. My column pods didn't even survive shipping. Already cracked when I opened the box. There's on line reviews of them. Although a few folks lucked out and got units that are ok, I'd be cautious.

Hey, man did you ever find something? I just now noticed that they were discontinued ! I had it on my build list for years and now that I finally got all the parts coming together I cannot seem to find anything similar. I had actually seen someone selling one on Facebook near me for $40! Boy, do I feel like an idiot for not picking it up. Please let me know if you found a replacement or other options, I am honestly pretty set on having it be in that location.

As of yet I have not found one like the SLP one.

I think at this point, we're going to settle on an A pillar mount setup.....

CHECK FACEBOOK. I was able to find someone selling one. Got it shipped out to me for $70! I was in a bunch of Camaro Groups and decided to post up a "Looking for SLP Gauge" with some pictures and got a few replies with two people trying to sell.

Aerforce vent gauge pod. They come in single or double.

I got mine from RDP. JRE carries them too.
