Next round of mods

Well.....finally settled on the next round. Car is going in for LT4 injectors/LT4 HPFP, 3 BAR sensor, new T-stat, and custom dyno tune. I’ll have a “before” dyno run with the canned PC tune too.

Yeah, good move. Stock LT1 fueling is laughably bad. Playing with fire using it with forced induction.

Ya, I went back and forth between fuel system and headers. I wanted to do both but with the covid economy I wasn’t comfortable spending the money for both. The fuel system is a good place to start and build the foundation.

Make sure you get a boro breakout sensor. If you switch to a 3 bar its a must to keep your tune in check. Also good luck on the LT4 stuff. Most of it is on back order.

I hear that. I managed to snag the HPFP at a good price but no one has the in-tank pump or injectors. Every GM parts website I've looked at that lists available doesn't really have them. Summit Racing lists the injectors being available for shipment on 7/6.

A very very well known shop is doing the work and the break out sensor was not mentioned.
