Unhappy DFW cars stuck at Mesquite railyard

Id like to get an idea how many people in the DFW area are waiting for their cars. Mine has been there since the 1st, with no movement. Ordered thru Britain Chevrolet. My dealer has been very good with communication, but he is not able to get any info to pass on. Guess I just want to know what kind of Camaros my baby is hanging out with? She is special. I dont want any lil hoodlum Camaros next to her!

Mine is stuck I MI still built 10/14 cleared qc hold ad bayed 12/3.

I talked to my sales manager last night he was very adamant that he shows 3 lt for his dealer at he rail yard but dbc and rail yard confirm they are not there. How much of that do I believe little to none but hat is what he told me.

I'm betting there are a lot of them there. My buddy at Friendly has 6 in Mesquite right now and that's just their stock orders. I know they have some sold orders there too.

Has anyone else considered driving over there and seeing if they can spot their car?

i spoke to my dealer in the morning he told me that dealers needs to pick their vehicles from the mesquite rail yard but GM decides the date when to pick the cars
So GM is dictating the dates and holding the cars , My dealer is waiting for Gm so that he can pick and i guess it is same with all of us in Texas

My understanding is the dealer doesn't pick up the car. I wouldn't be suprise if some of the are held for possible qc issue

Dealers do not pick up the cars from the rail yard. GM hires a shipping company to take vehicles from the rail yard to the dealerships.

I'm not sure how effective this will be but my dealer told me that the GM rep put my car on the "hot" list. I want to believe it may help but it's a little difficult to remain positive
