When you say "chevy site" you just mean like the inventory list? Do all cars go on the inventory list even if they are ordered and already spoken for? It will just say "in transit"?

Yep, I do mean the inventory lists of the vehicles are in transit and at dealerships. I am not sure if all vehicles appear on that list but it will be better than what I am doing now.

This is the best detail that GM will give you. If you want more details you have to collect the data yourself.

The 511 does include auto and M6.

I wanted one since the time my dad junked my 1970 Firebird Formula 400, that was my sophomore year of high school, 1984! I've wanted one forever, but never had the money. But finally! I got my 2023 ZL1 A10 coupe on December 14-2022 !!!

Haha! I hear ya on that! . DEFINITELY would have liked to get it sooner, but I like to TELL myself that it was worth the wait since I'm older and will appreciate it more than I probably would have in my 20's. . Plus, yes, the money factor was a big player in the equation. Had to make sure my "other" finances were in order before I committed to the Camaro purchase. Ahhh man, that's too bad about the Firebird Formula!. Let's look at it as we're both(and all for everyone else too) lucky, blessed and fortunate to have one of the BEST machines available to us right now!. CONGRATS on finally getting your Camaro and ENJOY IT to the fullest!!

Hi All,

I have been inquiring with GM on this also and actually got a response today. The numbers they gave were:
35,808 total Camaro's
2,939 ZL1

I did not get any breakdowns at all and am seeking some additional info if possible. Particularly 1LE breakdown and if they have any color breakdowns. As folks know, likely will not have many other breakdown numbers fro what history has told me with this stuff.....

35,808 total Camaro's
2939 ZL1 (1AL37)
347 ZL1 in Rapid Blue (GMO)
442 ZL1 with 1LE (A1Z)
206 ZL1, 1LE (A1Z), Manual trans (MH3)

That would have been my choice of color or maybe Vivid Orange if I was going to buy a new ZL1 but I’m holding on to my 2017 as long as possible.

Camfab - They did breakdown ZLE manuals to be the 206 number (not far off from 2022 numbers i saw which if im not mistaken was 179). There was 442 ZLEs total across auto and manual in 2023.

Here is some of my latest data gathering specific to 2023. I have been building out all 6th Gen numbers so you will see a total number for all 6th gens. Also sorted which years had lowest numbers..... Coming soon will be my color breakdowns which i have some data confirmed by GM, but others i will make assumptions on.. All BOLD numbers are confirmed from GM with no assumptions made.
