Yep change is hard. But there is change and then there is change. Buying a car shouldnt envoke a feeling of trepidation like a change of a President, a job, or tax laws lol! Having said that the car does look good from this angle even tho id prefer the fangs being either better integrated into the belt or continued down to the splitter.

But i do like the direction they went with as it changes an overall look and feel of the car and thats what was needed.

Change is usually met with resistance, anguish and some fear but is normally not the end of the world that pessimistic's love to forecast. Change is constant, change is inevitable, change can be good.
The 16 gen6 was criticized as not looking significantly different than the gen5 yet most of these "fixes" barely look different than the 18.

More real pictures please! Especially the 1LE

Looked at new Camaro's twice in the past year and been thinking of buying one , but my 2010 is paid off and low miles. Don't like this at all. The SS is ugly and the best I can say for the other one is that it looks like they went back towards the 5th generation, but why would I want that when I already have one?

That is a nice look as well.

I hated it a first but now I love it. It took guts to make this change but it was needed. It is important to secure the Camaro's future and will require some evolution.

I was looking at buying an 18 SS 1LE or ZL1 but I wanted to wait for the refresh and I am glad I did.

I know it will take some time to get used to the new look, but I am sure you will embrace it. We still have not received the specs and power numbers, but I am pretty sure it will be faster and more powerful than the Version 1, from the articles saying they wanted a more aero friendly shape.

The ZL1 will retain its front fascia if you still want the V1 look up front. The tail-lights are going to look great in person and especially at night.

I know the 1LE trims will look good from the LS-1LE pics. The SS front end will look sexy coming up on you at Dawn/Night.

I do wonder if the new Flow-tie will glow like the V1 badges did?

What ever aftermarket company makes these parts will do very well imo.

Agree. Albeit it could be a bit $ intensive given the fangs are part of a much bigger assembly.

Check into Chevrolet's Press release, no power change. Performance numbers may change due to A10 though.

Granted, that does not answer how the 10 speed may change performance time numbers.

It's GM, of course there's no power increase.

Thx for the link. Indeed A10 will make a positive difference to performance stats and it is a sweetheart of a tranny even for track duty.
Ps no power increase needed to beat Mustang with power increase Besides those 455/455 numbers are abtotal sand bag per any dyno. Likely not to offend Vette brotherhood
