anyone buying new tires. i need you bald ones. western ny

for winter storage. I dont need good tires just tires that hold air with no cords showing. Ill pick them up. 245s 275s

they have been on the car on carpet in a heated garage. wouldnt need to heat it if i had a set of ss tires

Ah gotcha! I was just curious if you actually had any ill effects from cold winter storage, but I guess not since you are in a heated garage.

FYI I haven't had any issues with SC3s in unheated storage the last 2 winters.

May I ask why you would want them? Is it to prevent flat spotting? Because there are other ways.

the tires i have now can crack if stored in temps below 20 deg. I have a extra set of rims that came with the car. i want to put the junk tires on those so I can take my good tires and store them in the house so I dont have to heat the garage when temps get to low.

You can also just put the car on jack stands and take the wheels/tires off.
