Hi all, im a lousy searcher i guess, but if I'm ordering a 2ss and I want to swap in the 1le blade spoiler, I guess first, is that possible, and if so, is that rpo 57U? Thanks in advance,

That would leave some exposed holes on your ss trunk.

You have to do the whole trunk lid because the SS spoiler has different holes than the 1LE.

Yes, if you are ordering, it will be good. not sure of code.
Swapping after the fact will leave holes. |

I have the ikon 1LE spoiler and I did not have to swap trunks. I did however put holes in it to hold it down. Youre supposed to use double sided body tape to hold it down.. which I did, but it started to pull from the edges. I put small screws in it where the drink lip is and its totally hidden.

Cool, thanks all. I've contacted a "knowledgeable" dealer, they should be able to sort it out. Not a lot of official marketing material out on the 20s yet, online or otherwise.

I didnt think there is a option to put a 1LE spoiler on the SS even at the factory level. A SS will leave the factory with the SS high rise spoiler, you will probably have to add the 1LE after the car is delivered and as said then you will have to deal with the holes in the trunk.
GM has never offered or allowed the 1LE spoiler on anything other than a 1LE built car from the factory.

https://www.gmfleetorderguide.com/NA...page=6&butID=3 It looks like the blade spoiler is only available from the factory as part of the 1LE package. |

its called decklid mounted rear lip spoiler. $690 option from factory. It is not satin black, but the same color as you choose for the car.
Would be easier to go that route and paint or wrap the spoiler then add the 1LE spoiler and have to fill holes in decklid from regular spoiler |
