Coils / Spark Plus Preventative Maintenence? Rough Idle - 70k miles

I'm coming up to 70k miles right now and I've noticed a rough idle. While idling I can totally see all the shit in my passenger seat vibrating.

Anyways, I figure it's either the spark plugs or coils. I'm also trying to stay super ahead of maintenance as this car is my daily driver, and I'd like to see it last for a long time. Should I just go ahead and replace all of the coils and spark plugs? I got a great deal on all of them and even bought a torque wrench.

If this is smart, does anyone have specs on what to tighten the coils to? And just to make sure, Should I not use anti seize?

I'd go ahead and change the plugs, someone can chime in on gap size. I see your located in gainsville. You ever make it to the drag strip there?

That actually sounds like a lot of fun. I should go.

I got a great deal on the sparks and coils. 220 for everything as long as I DIY. I think the acdelco plugs are pregapped to 0.035

Not quite. It’s still a little rough and I haven’t gotten around to replacing the coils yet.
