How did the welds go? I’ve heard it’s a tricky area to weld.

So far so good. You can see in the pictures Chris is checking the welds with a mirror and flashlight. He was very familiar with the fact that minor leaks could trip the forward O2 sensors.

Hey there neighbor. Just across the Red River you wouldn't have to worry about inspections OR front plates, just sayin' lol.

I did axleback and secondary delete at the same time a while back, best mods I've done up until I got new wheels. Good to know there's a reputable shop somewhat nearby in case I can't get to my local guy.

Good pics btw!

Will this Mod void any kind of standard factory warranty ? like the 36k bumper to bumper or the emissions warranty ?

You still have your bumper to bumper warranty regardless what you do, it's just if you do a mod that causes a problem then that specific problem isn't covered; unrelated problems (like a power window motor going out) are still covered.

Regarding emissions warranty? My guess is it's gone.

Any other noticible increase in power other than just sound ? I just installed the Borla S-Type exhaust and the car sounds like I want it to so not really looking for louder.

Actually they are not restrictive at all...and it's a 5-10% difference in volume level.

No difference in power; you'll notice a bigger difference between a 70F degree day and a 90F degree day.

Did someone do a DB test before and after? If so was it with or without NPP? My buddies with NPP on track sounded louder. I have an MBRP race axleback and was considering doing this but if it truly is only 5-10% it may not be worth the chance of a thrown code from crappy welds, or deteriorating welds fown the road.
