Maryland Speed keeps nothing in stock, it's a lone guy working out of BFE. Don't work with the guy, everyone on this forum knows this.

What a great wife! And a great present! Sorry that you are going through a hassle with this vendor. I used them a long time ago with my 04 GTO without an issue, but didn't realize how they did business until reading some of these posts on this forum. Unbelievable!

Same issues I had with them 2 years ago with a NW102 throttle body.

After the 2 month run around I said "I am initiating charge back with my CC"...and miraculously it shipped.

Only reason I gave them 2 months was the throttle body was almost $100 cheaper than anywhere else.

I also had issues with Colorado Speed... im kinda guessing its the same company or maybe they are run by brothers.

Iíd dispute the charges today and buy your parts from a reputable company using the same card, today. Youíll want to share your plan with the credit card company, before you make the purchase. Iím not quite certain why it would take 6-8 weeks for a dispute to be resolved. Iíve been credited within days of showing proof that the vendor didnít provide the service I paid for. You have emails, I would assume that would be good enough....also wouldnít waste your time, energy or $$ trying to sue him. Move on and just keep spreading the word, as others on this site have, DONíT BUY AT MARYLAND SPEED.
^^ Good advice right there. I agree 100%.....

^^ Excellent Vendor. This is where I purchased my Borla exhaust. I had it in hand 3 days after the purchase. Steve is GREAT to deal with,

Maryland Speed had really good prices when I was searching for headers. Knowing their reputation, I called another vendor and asked them if they would price match...they said yes.

Thanks MS for the low advertising prices, I got my product the next week from a legit company at a lower price and didn't have to wait 4 months. I would suggest everyone try the same, it can work to your advantage too.

Pretty much them and RDP are the go to companies for everything. I'm not saying there aren't other great vendors I know we have a few but those two really go way above and beyond.

I love when the MS owner jumps in these threads blaming the customer for the 9,000th time and defending his business practices like he isn’t obviously doing something wrong with so many upset customers.
