HP Tuners: Changing LT1 to 3 bar map - Need values for new sensor
I bought a 3 Bar Map Sensor (ACD # 12592525 ) with the hopes to setup a boost reading that is accurate on my Aeroforce gauge and for logging similar to this video:
However he mentions the fields I need to change in HP tuners but not the actual values that I need to put in these fields. Anybody have a good source for this info? Since I am just using this to read boost for now I am assuming this won't affect the drivability of the tune otherwise correct? It appears that for the time being my car is MAF only tuned and is not using the SD tuning Thanks in advance |

You should be able to pull a stock ZL1 calibration file from Hpt forum and get the MAP data you need.

Does anyone have the specific values for this sensor? I'm struggling to find them. All I've found is another post of a guy looking for them that states he found them on another thread without posting the info.

-32.50 You could have found these by looking at any Camaro ZL1 tune file or searching HPTuners forum. Now any other lazy people can find the values here too. |

For future reference,
4 bar is: 425.00, -32.50. 3 bar is: 312.50, -11.25. I didn't realize when I posted the last time that a lot of Procharger guys use LS9 3 bar map sensors. So the LT4 data will not work for that sensor. It appears that aftermarket PD supercharger kits will use a 4 bar CTSV sensor(like my Whipple kit) and Centri stuff will use the LS9 and a breakout harness.

Yea me too per my initial post, then I realized when I was tuning a Procharged car that the Centri stuff tends to use the LS9 3 bar sensor and I forgot about this thread or else I would have updated my post. Glad it was bumped for that reason.
