not getting my dream camaro

i have unfortunate news to share with the community, i had to walk away from my custom built Camaro, I know I have been talking about, am I upset about it; yes ,it was not my time to get a car (Camaro no less) but I will not give up on my dream, technically money was no object, it was simply I'm not ready to drive a car(but been working on it and not too bad at it either, i mean Florida drivers are no better) but i have some time(by march 2022, I should be good) but the travel time will kill me(it took 3 months for the car to make its way to south Florida) or worst case scenario(and cutting it close)I'll get a 2023 MY car

Sorry to hear that, hope you find a way. Although I must say, either we have a language barrier here or you are drunk as hell, either way good luck.

What do you mean, “not ready to drive a car?” DUI? No license? Too young?

Seems you’ve been talking about getting a car for over a year, just sounds weird to walk away now???

That’s too bad, but at the same time I’ll be the one to ask why did we need to know this besides a boo-hoo woe is me story?

This makes no sense to me. You have problems learning to drive? Why give up on the car that hasn't even been delivered yet, can't you practice 1-2-3 hours every day and be good enough by the time you get the car?

Or is this something else altogether? After all, you have been talking about getting a Camaro since 2019, you sure had time to consider the driving aspect already... giving up on your build after following it through the pipeline crawling slower than ever is a weird decision to say the least...

If you are not ready to drive a car, I would not start with a new camaro especially in south florida. Start with an old econobox or old small pick up that you won't care about scratching or fixing. Buying a new camaro and "not being ready to drive yet" sounds like a series of huge mistakes in the making.
