E85 + rotofab+ tune = fast
That mod really woke up this car! I dropped 1.5 seconds at ACS (Fontanta) for my PB...from 1:46.9 to 1:45.4. I also went from 161 mph on the massive front straight, to 171 mph. 1st place in open passing red yesterday 1st and 2nd session. The car is a BEAST!

I had Ryne Cunningham do it remotely at a dyno. Dyno was at Haus of Power in Fullerton.

I was at Fontana yesterday, not in your group though. Was your car the silver ZL1?
My V6 Camaro was only managing low 130s on the main straight, a world of difference. No need to brake before turn 1. To get a 1:46 lap, what speed are your running through turns 1 and 2? And do you hit 135 mph on the inside straight? I get about 112 mph there. |

Roostie, I was there on Saturday the 15th. Maroon color Zl1...not a 1le. I am now in an A10 after 15 years of rowing gears. The A10 is real fast. When the car was stock, I could hit 160mph on the front straight (now 170) and I would just release throttle prior to turn 1 and hold 135 as I turn in....then about halfway through the bank turn, I accelerate to 150mph at turn out. Now I hit 170 on the straight and touch my brakes to scrub down to 145 entering turn 1. Yes, I see about 135-140 on the inside straight. What times did you post on Sunday?

I am on crap tires, so on Sunday I didn't track my lap times. My best at ACS, on Nexen 200 TW tires but before I got the camber plates, is a 1:57. With good tires I now hope to get a 1:55. Glad you are enjoying the A10. Although I am partial to manuals, I would seriously consider the A10 if I got a V8 Camaro. |

Those are some really good times! I've got similar mods by the same tuner but I'm driving an MT and I'm just getting started, best time so far 1:56. 161 MPH was the best I got before turn 2. |
