hardware ID not in techline connect - need help

I had to buy a new hmi. Im programming it with an MDI unit. when i go through sps2 for the HMI and the hardware ID is not coming up in the software.
What do I do?

I can’t offer any insight but if I were tackling this project and had your situation I’d contact White Automotive.
