I read your response and thats exactly what I would do except mine has 1400 miles on it in the 14 months that I have it, also changed the wheels, side markers, spoiler and tail lights. I have all of the original parts. Any of your buddies want a Fifty? I get bored with cars. I am looking now, can't keep the Fifty 10 years, may be dead.

Love what you did with your FIFTY..... i bet you won’t have a problem selling it.

I think it’s awesome so many responses were that a 2nd Camaro would be vintage.....I had nine 1st gen Camaros in the early 80’s. I made money on them all.
I was ready to get back in the car game, and had been searching for just the right ‘69 SS convertible that was mechanically sound, but needing to be finished.... I happened upon the FIFTY, and was just blown away with the performance and the appearance.
I still think the best ‘looking’ Camaro is the ‘69 in SS or Z28, and I do want to own one again, and I would do a resto mod that didn’t sway far from its original look, but would have to have a cowl induction hood and front and rear spoilers....
But for time being, for the same money, while we can buy a brand new ZL1 vert supercar, I think it would still be my vote for my second one....

The 1LE is a track package offered only with manual transmission coupes. One could make an argument for the 1LE with an A10, but it wasn't offered in 2018. A 1LE convertible wasn't offered either, and isn't likely to ever be offered.

Convertibles are relatively heavy and don't offer the necessary rollover protection required for track use. And people who want to cruise the street with the top down would look pretty silly bouncing out of their seat over the bumps with the ZL1 1LE suspension.

Not saying the car you want couldn't exist, but it isn't likely it'll ever be offered because the packages have contradictory goals.
