Is there any kit out there of a 19-20 1LE? The hood would be the big difference.

Getting it done. Just have to finish the hood, apply a few small decals, install the exhaust tips, and install the tail lights. Then, I plan to build a small show case for it with led lights. But that’s gonna take some time.

I haven’t seen any, but then again I haven’t really looked.

I just finished this to keep from going stir crazy while we socially distance here in GA.

It is a fully functional balsa wood RC plane with aileron, rudder, elevator & throttle control.

Haven't flown it yet & will probably crash it but it was really fun to build and took quite a while to complete.

Now that it is done I guess it is back to Motor Trend TV
Very cool, .40 motor size? I was looking at Corsair kits recently, had to stop myself

1400 kv electric brushless motor powered by a 3s Lipo battery, should give about 15 min of flight time. I also have a 1000 kv motor if I want more power

Interior is complete. This kit came with excellent, highly detailed decals. If you zoom in close you can see the instrument cluster, navigation screen, and even the Camaro in the steering wheel and SS buttons in the seatbacks! Decals on modern model kits have come a LONG way from when I built them as a kid in the 80s!

It’s been a while since an update was posted, so, here’s my progress. Fabricated and installed a shock tower strut brace (something I will eventually do for real) and made hood lift pistons. All that is left is to finish the tail lights and make a display.

That’s awesome!!! Your model looks great. I’ve got a few kits ready to get started on. Amt Camaro Fifty and two tamiya kits. F14A as well as 2001 Subaru WRC.

It’s not a vert and not a F1FTY. Tomorrow I’ll post the finished pics. You’ll see what I mean in that it’s not a 50th anniversay
