Exactly sound and weight reduction are the positives.

We are discussing the possibilities of this. How many of you would be interested in an NPP style rear muffler section with valve? It would have to be worth while investing in a new muffler design with actuator system.

While I like my long ARH system with NPP, the actual sound is raspy. John, I bet you guys can fix that. Have you heard the long system with NPP? And if we could pick up 3 HP and lose some weight and the ugliness of the suitcase even better. Is NPP in the Plans to bolton to the long system?
errrrrrr I was hoping it wont be raspy. That is not acceptable to me. I will require a different NPP muffler then.

Same.. Literally just placed an order today for the ARH 1 7/8" long system H-pipe no cats system. Argued with myself for over a week on this vs the full system. Long system won because I didn't want to lose the NPP functionality and I didn't want to buy another brand catback and hope it fit up to the ARH system properly.

Additionally, the stock NPP exhaust tips are still the best looking tips of any exhaust offered for the 6th Gen Camaros IMO. *hint hint ARH*

totally agree. I got the 1 7/8" long system with H pipe and cats. I hate big tips. the GM ones are perfect. I paid $1000 to have NPP. Im not loosing it.

I should add that if you can offer the option for black powder coated exhaust tips, that's what I would prefer. Chrome doesn't match anyone's car (not sure how other's feel about it though) and you always end up with one exhaust blackened tip. It looks terrible. Hopefully we can chose black tips or even no tips to save some $ and allow us to buy black tips separately.

You've gotta realize that it changes from the time you first bolt on. It was a lot louder and rougher at first. Now it sounds completely fine to me. If you want to hear I'll try do something for you or have you call me while i beat on my car.

If they don't make an NPP, it's not the end of the world. Trust me it sounds great and doesn't drone at all. I took a conference call yesterday from the car.

I think what has happened is simply that you've gotten used to it.

Yeah could be, sure. I've always noticed though that cars that I've made exhaust upgrades to over the years always seem louder when the pipes are new. Could just be my perception though.
