Fuel pressure gauge install

Trying to install an AEM gauge to monitor fuel pressure under boost. Has anyone installed one of these with the fuel rails on the magnuson tvs2300? Trying to figure out where I can install the sensor for the gauge

Are you trying to add an adapter that threads between the line and the rail, or are you open to adding a tee into the hose section? This looks simpler on the LSA than the LS3 (based on pictures) but pretty straight forward nonetheless. If you had an inline filter, you could also just add onto there, but I believe it is just integrated into the pump. The AEM sending unit only has a 1/8" NPT thread.

ive heard you should get your pressure readings from the rail but I don't have a port for a pressure gauge with my rails that came with the slp kit.. I was wanting to do the inline t adapter? but not sure how accurate it will be?? anyone use this method and have pics?

Poor man's approach-
I got a X4 tuner with my Procharger kit, I use that with their software on my laptop to datalog fuel pressure along with engine load, RPM, throttle position, MAF etc and I get a pretty good idea of the fuel pressure drop during boost. I don't know what you have available but there are some cheap OBD connectors with wifi/bluetooth out there where you could monitor it on your phone while driving. If you prefer the more traditional gauge that's a different story though.

I have a tablet running dashcommand, but for this I would prefer a gauge retrieving data right at the source, for my engines sake

The sensor seems to screw onto something, like it has threads on it. I'm open to adding a T but my biggest concern is making sure there are no leaks

You can get a Schrader adapter, you remove the valve from the fuel rail and either install gauge under the hood or get lines and mount elsewhere.
