Opinions on these S/C models

I am looking into adding a s/c to my 2014 convertible.
I am looking at 3 different models (however I think similar design). They are...

SLP 92000A from Juiced Motorsports sponsor
http://juicedmotorsports.com/2010cam...lp_92000a.html

Magnuson TVS2300
http://www.magnusonsuperchargers.com...-60-171-bl.htm

Magnuson Heartbeat
http://www.magnusonsuperchargers.com...-62-371-bl.htm

I believe they all claim the same power add and are all a tcs2300 setup. I am just uncertain of which way to go other then based on price. The SLP setup from juiced is by far the best price, but does it give up something the other higher priced models have?

I do not race the car, it is purely street and for enthusiastic driving.
Any information that you all can provide to help me choose will be appreciated

Thanks

Any option is a lot of money for your stated purpose. If I were you, I'd get an ADM LSA conversion kit. Bolt on with great instructions.

I have the SLP TVS2300 92000a as it was CARB legal and Juiced Motorsports gave me a great deal on it. I'm very happy with the performance, looks and simplicity of installation.

What kind of power did you pick up? How does the low end feel?
Any tuning issues?

If it must be one of the (3), the Heartbeat hands down, way better IAT than the other (2) and it's the latest technology with twin intercoolers or you can do as jrhagen recommended and do a ADM LSA conversion.

I had 370 rwhp prior with all the bolt ons and CARB legal shorties with 3.70 gears in my L99. With the SLP SC, MSD BAP, smaller pulley at 7.9 psi and custom tune I picked up 140 rwhp on a Mustang dyno. 530 on a DynoJet. 91 octane.

The SLP can be had for $2000 less than the Heartbeat. Juice will work you a good deal. As far as IAT's I Autocross the car a few times a year and more importantly mix it up with my friends in my sig at much higher speeds in the canyons and never had a problem. I beat cars with more hp because I have full suspension mods with great MPSS tires and the 3.70 gears. I get my power to the ground. I don't drag race. LSA is a good choice if they are legal in your state.

Can someone link me to the ADM setup, I am a little confused on that route? Is it a complete kit?

It's basically a ZL1 / CTS V oem supercharger that is put into a kit that is designed to be used on the camaro ss.

1.9 litre blower a great option it sounds like for someone in your shoes. Good bang for your buck, oem fit and finish.

I believe it is complete except for a tune, but I have no personal experience with it.

My build thread shows the self install I did -- its a long read (pages 3 to 16 are the part of the install with heads and cam), but you can see what I did and where I'm at -- and I road race @ NCM too...

Great kit for the $$ and very dependable too...

NOT CARB legal though if that is a must in your area...

The LSA Supercharger is a 1.9iter very effieciant blower

We use the 1.9 over the 2.3 for several reasons, Cost, efficiency, reliability.

The supercharger is plenty for an ls3 or l99 with mild bolt ons, No reason not to use it.

My first choice for any 6.2liter engine.

Hope this helps.

Andy
