Kooks high flow cats with SE headers

Does anyone know if the Kooks high flow cats will bolt up to the speed engineering headers without fabrication? Also is there any significant difference between Kooks part #22503201 and part #GE-307540 and would either work? I attached the links to both parts.

Thanks in advance!

There's no flange on the speed engineering headers and no ball/cup. It's just a straight 3"outlet

That's a good idea. Might look into that myself. I am taking them off shortly to get ceramic coated.

Get some Texas Speed high flow cats to go with your Speed Engineering headers. They will bolt right up without any modifications needed. Kooks will need to be modified or your Speed Engineering headers will need to be modified. If you haven't already bought the headers yet, just give the TSP guys a shout and order a set of their headers from them with high flow cats. That's the easiest solution and the price difference isn't much different.

If you already have the Speed engineering catless pipes I have Texas speed cats we could possibly work out a deal.
