Contemplating sell of the Z-

I am sitting on the fence of debate to sell my Z28 or not. I am not for certain how much should be requesting for, what are your thoughts?

This Z28 is a black ‘15, w/AC and radio. The car has 13k on chassis and 3,048k on engine. After purchasing the Z, for insurance reasons I had Lingenfelter go through the Ls7 and recondition the heads- cnc, valve’s etc. I decided that at one point I may decide to go SC route; therefore, I had the pistons replaced with forged in which the bore was honed .010 over- to 429 ci, w/ BTR wildcat cam. The Z dynode at 523/ 480 at the wheel.

I believe $50k is a reasonable price to request for my Z, what are your thoughts? How much do you believe my Z28 is worth?

It sounds like a good deal to me. Seems like you had it about a year. What are you thinking to replace it with ? The more I hear about what is going on at GM, the more I consider myself lucky to have my Z/28.

Watching values, I’m not sure if $50k is good or bad. You need to see what’s on the market for $50k right now and see how long you want to sit on it. My personal view of modifications is that it hurts a lot more than it helps. But that’s just me...

I seem to recall lesser mile cars for nearly $10k less. I’m the first one that wants values to rise but they just aren’t yet.
