Not saying you can't find a lightweight 19 or 20 but like gino said a good tire at those sizes is going to cost a small fortune.
Best bet is get a C5Z front wheel which is a 17 x 9.5 and throw on a 275 wide tire.

This is solid advice.
On my ATS, i run 4.6s every day and the occasional 4.2-4.4 with the stock 18s. I also own a set of aftermarket 20s and when running them my times drop to close to 5.0.
Also worth noting - according to my GtechPro, on a good launch with the stock 18s, i'm able to pull over 1G for about a second. Sometimes as high as 1.12G. With the 20s, i can't ever pull over .80G.
