Steering wheel buttons don’t work.

Anybody else have any problems with the steering wheel. Mine doesn’t light up. Nor does any buttons work on it. Not even my rev match

If every function is not dead, could be a fuse or wiring.

You should still be under bumper to bumper yeah?

My cruise control only works when it wants to. I am still under the bumper to bumper warranty but I rarely if ever use cruise control, so I'd rather not lose my car for 2 days to fix it, but if my steering controls ever stop working it's going in.

First thing I would do is check the fuse(s). If everything is dead then this could be the culprit. I mean the rev match is a paddle and wired apart from any steering wheel volume or cruise control buttons I'd imagine.

It don’t have a main fuse for the steering wheel itself

I'm having the same issues. My car has about 36k miles. Took it in the dealer. They said I damaged the steering wheel from me installing headers. Says its the clock spring in the steering wheel. Kinda stuck.

There has got to be a fuse for the steering wheel functions. There is a fuse for damn near every electrical component in the car.

BTW what is an SS/RS? Not sarcastic just never heard the term.

food for thought......in the 5th gen, the steering wheel controls were BCM (body control module) functions. I imagine if there's a BCM (or whatever it's called in the 6th gen) then it wouldn't be much different.
