The american authority zl1 bumper comes in at 16lbs complete. I left the foam and inserts out but dident want to remove the crashbar, assumed that was providing some structural rigidity. As well as the obvious safety reason... i wish i weighed all the stock parts i took off but i am guessing it was around 100lbs? Does anyone know? SS bumber assembly with led assemblies, foam and misc plastic panels? What does it all weigh?

Depends on how much money you have lol

- RPS makes an awesome 25lbs clutch/flywheel assembly (compared to 60+lbs for the stock chonker); Katech also has 25lbs flywheel if you don't have the $$$ for the RPS kit (total weight would be 40-45lbs with the stock clutch or some aftermarket unit)
- Our driveshafts are pretty light, but you can probably save 5-7lbs with a CF driveshaft
- Lighter wheels/tires can save up to 15lbs per corner
- CF hood/fenders/doors/trunk can save 30+lbs in total
- A catless/muffler-less exhaust system can save 30lbs
- Proper CF racing seats and rear seat delete can save 80lbs
- The gym can save hundreds... then add the weight back in muscle when you go overboard...
- A rear mounted diff cooler can save a few pounds probably

Removed the wiper assembly and tank today. 10lbs. With an empty washer fluid tank. Be closer to 20lb drop with a full reservoir.

I don’t drive this thing in the rain and I’ll get some rain x like you said

You got a guess on the airbag weight or had a chance to weight them ?

Nice! I will check the weight of the curtain airbags when I get home today. I took off the front/rear bumper guards and crash bars over the weekend. Solid 40lbs.

Has anyone taken off the metal firewall on the back of the motor? The windshield wiper assembly site between the main firewall and the black secondary firewall that I want to remove. Looks like it could be an easy 25lbs.

I had the airbag light already from removing the seatbelts and stock seats. Unsure if it changed anything by removing the curtain airbags.
