ANYBODY GOING TO MOD THEIR VERTS? (ENGINE MODS)
I noticed this part of the forum is talking more about visual mods. Anybody throw some bolt ons or a s/c on a vert yet?

I will probably have my car back next week. It’s being tuned and should end up around 550rwhp through the A8.
New wheels just arrived, going on Monday (and being lowered). Final tune should be done this week and the ZL1 sideskirts should be on Thursday night. If all goes well, I should have it to the track on Saturday. Mods in signature...can’t wait to see it again...

Was really looking forward to the deeper sound of the H verses the slight HP gain of the X. At the end of the day I hope I'll be equally as happy and won't really be "missing out". Maybe I will find out that it is a good thing I didn't get the "H-pipe" in the long run. Who knows

Thank you! Heading out the door to go get it right now... The bows are inserts from Phastek. There is a video on how to carefully drill and pull off the production gold ties. I did the black bows two weeks after getting the car, no issues. Best of luck!

Results in...550rwhp/565rwtq...that was in 5th gear, so most likely about 20rwhp more, but not running up to 185mph on dyno.
Next number will happen at the track. Laynlo ran 10,8 at 129.9 with the same build. I figure to be a couple hundred pounds more so will be a little slower...but that should be a reasonable reference point.
