17" Race Stars drag pack with Mickey 305 R's in the rear and a proper stall to cushion the blow with a 45lb plate in the trunk over the pass side tire will go a long way in hooking up. On the street you are screwed.

What role does the 45 pound plate play?

Off sets the weight of the blower and driver and is as far back as you can get it behind the rear tires. Weight transfer and weight behind the tire is king when getting a car to hook up.

17"x 10" welds or racestars with M/T drag radial get the ET street R.

Here is what you do call up Carlyle motorsports they sell more tires and wheels for this than anybody, they have the correct offsets and they will mount and balance and ship them to you and just bolt them on and go.

Make sure you get the 28" tall tire if you have an Auto. Enjoy the ride

I just replaced my tires last month. I have a whipple and an A10 that would chirp them on 4th gear at any speed at 75 degrees. I went with the famed r888r's and the car will hold 3rd at any speed without tripping the TC. My best 0-60 with the goodyear tires was 3.9, and my FIRST and only pull on the r888r tires was 3.3. I love them.
