What Happened To The Chevy Loyalty Discount?

Saw this discount for years. I bought two 2002 Camaros and a 2008 Impala SS as well as a 2015 Sonic. Figured that many Chevy purchases should get me a loyalty discount when I bought a 2022 Camaro 1SS 1LE. Only to discover that such a discount is no longer available. When did this discount stop?

I had a 2016 that I traded for a 2019, it wasn’t around then (at least that I know of).

There was another thread about his already. All gm discount have been halted, they are still available, but dealerships have the choice to use it or not. No dealer in their right mind would give that offer right now. Cars are hard to come by and are selling for tons atm, probably won't find any dealers willing to give you that discount unless....it's with a unpopular car that isn't selling well. I tried about 20 dealers across the US before buying my car. Some of then even acted oblivious to gm discounts lol.

I have the GM Card and I used to get a lot of things from them telling me about all the deals and discounts I would get. I cannot even remember the last time one of those flyers mentioned a Loyalty Discount.

I checked the Chevy website and it is not even listed on the available discounts page. They have discounts for retired military, first responders, educators, etc. No LD listed.

Agreed. Only a few available discounts left for select groups of people. Military and first responders and teachers.

When I bought my last 2019 C7 a few years back, it was heavily discounted, huge rebates, I used my GM credit card points, and my dealer told me they get dealer bonus cash from GM on a monthly basis. Do not know if they still have that program or how it was allocated, but they gave another $1000 off. I know dealers do not have to do anything with the current market. Anyone else ever get dealer cas?

Discounts... whats discounts!?

I was lucky to have the veteran discount, and up to 18 months ago used the first responder discount but got out of the field.

Also, remember when they would have a rebate for trading in say a 2012 or newer GM product. The last few times they have done that discount, it had switched to you had to trade a non GM vehicle in. I think it was called their "Conquest" rebate.

Thanks for nothing and not taking care of repeat customers. Its like Direct TV. You have been a loyal customer for 25 plus years and if you want the NFL package it will be $400. Oh, but the new customer gets it for free.

I currently own more Chevy's than you can shake a stick at. I got jack on my 2020.

If I owned a Mustake, well then, I would have got a discount. Go figure.
