Forget the stripes. All Vietnam veterans are heroes in my opinion. I spent a couple of years in the Army from 1971-73 but never went overseas. Thanks for your service....

Took my stripes down to the bottom of the rear bumper.
Have my entire hood wrapped in this vinyl as well, but thinking about changing it to just the nose, like others in this post. |

I was actually of thinking of a very similar pattern for in front of the hood vent, but also doing above the lip angled in up to the grill (following the contours, making it much like the 1LE lip look wise). I have the wide black center stripe on the roof and hood deck, and about to put a mosaic black spoiler on, but the front still looks empty.
I think it looks pretty good. If I go this route, I won't have the thinner outside line, but I did the way you used them to align the outside part of the vent, and the wider ones with the inside. |

Sounds like you've got a good plan as well. As I mentioned above, adding stripes to this vehicle makes it look much better. Not that it doesn't look great to begin with. Just helps it "pop". I decided to add the red "thin" accent lines because it gives a good transition and matches the "1" in the ZL1 badge and my red brake calipers. I thought it would help tie everything together and couldn't be happier with the outcome. All in all, you can't go wrong. |

The stripes on your ZL1 look good SHE’Z 18! They really accent the color of it too! Good job!

I have the Hyper Blue with the Sunroof...I am thinking silver for mine but not sure what the thin pin stripe on either side should be?
